Beautiful and bright two-bedroom flat in a converted Victorian house which luckily wasn’t stripped of its period features. The flat is very colorful and bright, furnished with a mixture of vintage pieces and modern elements giving it its unique charm.

The flat is located within seconds of the bus stop or about 12 min walk from Brixton station and the lovely Brixton market. We are also less than 10 min walk from Brockwell Park and its amazing lido.

**Only one room is available at the moment**, while all the common areas are to be shared. The current tenant is a lovely lady called Arati. She is a busy lady working in events in Central London.

The flat would be ideal for a couple or two friends sharing. We love our little flat and have had many fond memories here, and we would love to find people who will look after it.

**Council tax, water and electricity are included. Gas and internet are to be shared with the other tenant.**
