Short term let: Double room in Brixton/Tulse Hill

Hi!

I’m looking for a friendly and respectful lodger to join me in my lovely flat for ~3 months (some flex in dates possible). You would have a furnished double room and full access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony.

The bedroom has no desk, so ideally you'd be working elsewhere most days.

The flat is situated across the road from the beautiful Brockwell park and is about a 15-minute walk to Brixton, Herne Hill, and Tulse Hill stations. It’s also well-served by many bus routes.

You would be sharing with me only. My week nights are often very relaxed and revolve around cooking, TV, and chilling out, so looking for someone who is respectful of this 😊. At the weekends I like to get out and about exploring London and going to yoga.

Females preferred.
Non-smoking is a must.
Council tax band B

Price includes all bills, and a fortnightly cleaner.
