Short term let in Brixton (Min 2 months)

I have a spare bedroom available for short-term let. Bedroom is available from August 12 for a min of one month with the possibility to extend.

It's a 2 bed, 1.5 bath. The house has an open plan lounge/kitchen, and a nice back garden with outdoor seating (plenty of room to host bbq). Recently renovated. Bills are included and I have a fortnightly cleaner.

Situated on Coldharbour Lane and is less than a 5-minute walk to Loughborough Junction (15 mins into ciity) and a ten-minute walk to Brixton. It is also a very short distance to Brixton Village (same road).


I am a 34-year-old lawyer and live in the house full time.

I am looking for a lodger who is clean and social. Sorry no smokers.

I also have a cat so someone who doesn't mind being a step-parent to a very independent cat preferred.
