Large room in Brixton/ Loughborough Junction - Monday to Friday only.

Im looking for a lodger too take the spare room in a newly refurbished flat from AUGUST. The room is spacious and comes part furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and small wardrobe. Communal areas include good sized clean kitchen with amazing view of London, a modern shower and separate toilet. We'd like a tidy, friendly and considerate flatmate.

Flat is currently occupied by my self and girlfriend. we are a creative, friendly and respectful couple 29 & 24. I'm a carpenter/drummer and my partner is a graphic designer. We enjoy being active and going to gigs but also enjoy quite night in.
