We have a cosy double room available in our 3 bedroom flat located in the Brixton and Clapham area. It's a great location, about 10 mins walk from Clapham Common and Clapham North for Northern Line or 15 mins walk to Brixton for Victoria Line and loads of bus stops a couple of minutes walk. The street is quiet with lots of young professionals and families. There are loads of pubs, bars, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance, as well as Brockwell Park and Clapham Common.

It is a first floor, split level flat and fully furnished. There is good storage in the room with a wardrobe, bed side table, shelving above the bed, shelving unit, and space for under bed storage. There is also plenty of shared storage around the flat. We've recently had the whole flat repainted with new carpets, a new boiler and a new fridge freezer.

There is a kitchen, bathroom and large living room with broadband and Roku TV for Prime & Netflix etc. Everything is well kept and clean. There is also plenty of street parking if you have a car, though you’ll need to purchase a permit from Lambeth Council.

Current housemates both work in higher education, with one of us primarily working from home.
This is a quiet relaxed flat and we’re looking for someone similar.

The room is available from 8th April but can be earlier or later if needed, we can be flexible and our current housemate is moving in to her partners’ place.

It's a really great flat and we love living here and it's great value for the location.

The room can’t fit a desk and there is limited space in the living room so someone who does not work from home is preferred.
