This very spacious house has a spare room for guests to stay over, and a spacious garden which is perfect in the summer. There is a seperate laundy room and on-street parking also!
The house is in a quiet street in Brixton and close to all amenities. It is a 10 minute walk to Stockwell station (Northern and Victoria) and 5 minute walk to Brixton station (Victoria).
The room is furnished and you have an en suite bathroom shared with one other housemate. Bills are roughly £200 pcm - this includes a cleaner twice a month, gas & elec, water, council tax and broadband.
We are easy going and respectful of each other. We do socialise together, whether that be cooking dinner, watching movies at home or going to cinemas or pubs.
We are looking for an easygoing flatmate who is up for socialising from time to time, and wants to make this house feel like a home.
