Two large double rooms in friendly Brixton flat

Sadly our flatmates Dan and Zack are moving out so we will have two rooms available in our nice flat in Brixton.

The Rooms

One room is a large double room in the attic/second floor (The room currently has a king size bed in it with plenty of room to walk around). There is a bathroom with a large stand in shower on the first floor that is shared with two others. There’s also space for a desk to comfortably work from home.


The other room is a large double room with en-suite. It’s definitely large enough for a desk and more, and has a large window which lets in a great amount of natural light.
The Flat

The flat is split over 3 floors. Kitchen/living room on the ground floor, 1 en-suite room, 3 other bedrooms, and shared bathroom on the first and second floors. The property has a massive garden that’s shared with the flat below us (but they barely use it tbh). Bills aren’t included, but cost £105 per month (includes gas, electricity, council tax, water, and fibre broadband).

Location

Located on a quiet street in Brixton, roughly 10 minute walk to both Brixton tube station, and Loughborough Junction station. Brixton Village Market is a less than 5 minute walk away and has loads of amazing restaurants and shops, and Brixton high street has lots of bars and shops. Big Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Lidl all in walking distance and plenty of smaller corner shops around too.

About Us

You’ll be living with Hugo and Ciarán, who have both been living here since the March 2023. We get on really well and often spend our evenings watching crappy tv together. We have our own social lives outside of the flat, but have mixed groups and go on nights out together too.
The flat has a fairly chill, friendly vibe and we’re hoping to keep that going with our new flatmate.

Official move in date is 5th December but can be sooner if needed.
