The area
Great transport links. Outdoor gym 30metres away. Neighbours are lovely. I (the landlord) live nearby + will be quick to sort out any issues. Can get on street parking with a permit (~£200/year).

Bills are £80pcm and include:
- fortnightly cleaner (communal areas)
- council tax
- utility bills
- broadband (virgin media 500mb fibre optic)
