Alireza - 32. Works as a doctor at the hospital nearby. Plays electric guitar (with headphones don’t worry)

The room
- walk in wardrobe with hanging rails and chest of drawers
- comes with wooden double bed + comfy mattress, bedside table. Can provide desk if you want
- 1st floor next to bathroom.

- The ground floor is all open plan, with a kitchen, dining area and seating area.
- Kitchen has granite worktops and all built in appliances (including dishwasher).

The area
Great transport links. Outdoor gym 30metres away. Neighbours are lovely. I (the landlord) live nearby + will be quick to sort out any issues. Can get on street parking with a permit (~£200/year).
