6 Day Short Term Room in Central Brixton

I am going away for 6 days between 13th - 18th September, so I'd like to sublet my bedroom during this time. The room is £400 a week which includes all bills.

I live with a close friend, who will be staying here while you are here. We live in a spacious 2 bed flat on Brixton Road, in a large converted Georgian building. The flat has an open-plan living room and kitchen with an island, and a large TV. My flatmate has his own on-suite, so the large bathroom with a bath would be yours. The flat also has an outdoor patio.

In the bedroom, there is a large double bed, 2 large storage units, shelves, and storage space under the bed. There is also direct access to the outdoor patio from the bedroom. In the back, I do have a spare bike which you are more than welcome to use.

We've lived here since last January, and the property was newly refurbished just before we moved in, so everything still looks and feels very new. It was unfurnished, so all the furniture is owned by us. The property is very secure, with a locked gate at the front and a security alarm inside.

We're a 4-minute walk from Brixton station, which has great connections on the Victoria line, or if you'd prefer to use the buses, there is a bus stop with good connections ot North London just outside the flat. Just outside the flat there is a bus stop which has great connections to North London. Within a 5-minute walk away there are many bars, pubs, restaurants, markets, and a cinema. We're also lucky to have Brockwell Park about a 15-minute walk away.

I am only away for 3 weeks, so everything in my bedroom will be staying there. There is a good amount of storage so there is plenty of room for things you may want to bring.

Ideally, I would be looking for someone who can stay between 2-3 weeks.
