Couples Friendly Room in Brixton

Hi! There's a new lovely room available at our 3 bedroom flat just a minute away from Brixton station. Perfectly located if you don't mind living in a lively area.
The room is the second biggest one but the price is adjusted for a couple. If you're a single person and don't mind paying that price please feel free to apply!
The bedrooms are big but there's no living room. We have a big shared balcony. Perfect for summer. The room comes unfurnished , but there's plenty of space for a big desk, a couch and double bed.
Bills come at around a 100£ monthly, but it varies depending on how much we spend and the season we're on.
We have a shared bathroom with a bath, a kitchen with all necessary amenities and two fridges!
About us:
We are isabella and Alba, and Jessie (cat). Isabella is a journalism graduate who works at a pottery cafe, while Alba (me) is very artsy and into jewellery making.
We're looking for someone who loves animals and will love living with our old lady Jessie.
We are friendly and mostly veggie, but we don't mind if you're not! We have a chores rota we'd really like the new person to be on board with, but but are also relaxed and understand people have different schedules.
Would love someone creative and friendly, who'd like to have the occasional flat meal and hang out.
