We're looking for another person to join our central 4-bed flat in Brixton as our current housemate is sadly moving out to move back home to Australia (read: abandoning us!!).
It's a 4 bed, 3 bathroom (1 ensuite [which would be yours!!] + 2 full-sized bathrooms) flat with a recently renovated combined kitchen/dining/TV hang out area, with the flat split over 3 floors and ALL bills included. The room on offer is a furnished large sized double room with it's own ensuite...talk about luxury!!
The flat has a large balcony, perfect for the Summer (or the rare sunny winter days), a washer/dryer (goodbye to ever having to hang out clothes - ew right) and a new (massive) fridge/freezer....WITH an ice maker/cold water....yes, you read that right #BigRichEnergy!
Central Brixton location. Super close to Brixton tube, 3 minute walk to Brixton High Street (Sainsburys, H&M, Iceland, Gregs and more), and above a standalone off-licence of which we know the owner, so a cheeky vino (or white claw if you're like me and watching the cals!) is never too far away!
We're a largely professional house - working in media, sales, a teacher and a graphic artist, working a mix of from home and in-office.
We're ideally looking for someone social, who could add to the house dynamic - we do a mix of wholesome housemate activities (we're currently obsessed with cards - don't judge us...it's not as lame as it sounds!), meals out, the pub far too often and also nights out together, though also have our own friendship groups and aren't always in each other's pockets and know how to give each other space etc. etc.
THE HOUSEMATES (ALL LGBT SO LGBT FRIENDLY IS A MUST!)
Ewan, 23: Youngest of the house, but most mature by far, Ewan is our in-house lawyer (Immigration...if you are looking for a visa like our previous housemate!), but don't worry, he's a fun lawyer, who loves a pint, a fun night out, all things Charli XCX and easily the pop-culture guru of the house.
Laurie, 34: The beyond loveable (unofficial) mum of the house, straight from essexx, working in sales/media. Obsessed with Amazon, good-vibes and don't be surprised if he's running round the house in 6-inch dolly Parton inspired heel...get it sis.
Dax, 25: Coffee, coffee, coffee, before he teachy, teachy teachy...yes, Dax is the smart one - teaching high school science by day, and teaching us dumb housemates by night...he's got his work cut out for him.
LGBTQIA+ would be preferred to match the current all-gay aesthetic, though we are of course hetero-friendly, so get in touch if you're keen to join the good-time vibes!
