Bright Double w/ Spare Room/Office, Garden & Cat

Hey there, I am sadly moving out of this amazing 2 bed maisonette gound floor house, so I'm helping my flatmate find someone to take my room.

About the house:
We are in a really great area for transport links:
- 6 mins to Loughborough Junction station for the Thameslinelink
- 15 mins to Brixton tube
- 20 mins to Stockwell tube
- 25 mins to Denmark Hill overground

The house is really well looked after with a private landlord who is very attentive to any issues. The kitchen has been recently redone and comes with a dishwasher, large fridge and washer dryer.

My flatmate Becky has the most gorgeous cat Nala who is a real gem to live with. So hopefully you like cats! (Unfortunately we can't have any more pets in the house though).

We have a nice big living room and dining area with a fab garden with lovely decking. There are also two sheds and lots of storage in the house too.

As well as a large bedroom with wonderful morning sun, we also have the spare room which we can share as an office. My flatmateWFH 3 days a week, so ideally you would WFH around 2 days a week. There is also a futon sofa bed in there that can be folded out for guests.

If there us anything you want to do to the house, the landlord is pretty chill with most things (I'm thinking of getting a new sofa soon). Also bills are around £170 a month but will be less in the summer and also that is including nextflix and prime.

About your potential flatmate Becky:

She is 28, and moved to London recently. She works as a HR manager and also is a Personal Trainer. She is a kind, funny and sociable person, who is keen to be pals with the new flatmate and wanting someone to feel at home here.

As a house we love to have dinners and go to the pub but we are also v respectful of other people's space.
