Spacious flat in the heart of Brixton

My flatmate is moving out on the 27th of April and we’re looking for a social, clean and considerate person to replace her.

The flat:

It’s a 2 -bed flat perfectly located near to Brixton Village and just a 7-minute walk to the station. We really get the best of both worlds, its close enough to everything but we can still enjoy the quietness on our street. The flat is beautiful. It has 2 bedrooms, open kitchen/living room, mini balcony and a communal garden, perfect for summer. I’ve recently moved in, so would love to co-decorate the place and make it feel more like a home.

Room:

The room has 2 big windows, providing plenty of natural light and is furnished. It's spacious and can accommodate a desk, bed, wardrobe, and any other items you may want to bring. The living room features 2 sofas, a dining table, and a desk, making it suitable for both relaxation and work.

It's all about positive vibes and good times here. While this isn't a wild party house, we're hoping to find a social flatmate ( bonus if you're creative) who enjoys occasional get-togethers. Whether it's hosting dinner parties or simply hanging out, we're all for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Flatmate:

You'll be sharing the space with me, Talitha. I'm a singer-songwriter, fashion enthusiast, and communications strategist. I write/produce from home, so living with someone cool with this would be amazing (don't worry, I'm very considerate ) and go to the office 2x a week. When not making music, I like to go out to music events, find food spots, travel and often enjoy a cosy night in.
