Single Room near Brixton Village

Moving out of my room in Brixton - my two best pals are staying though so you're in great hands!

The house is super spacious with a v nice kitchen and living room, the room itself is a bit on the small side - box room. Comes with a garden.

Its a 5-10 min walk from Brixton tube station so easy to get into central, plus right next to Brixton village.

Its a year-long contract but you could always do what I'm doing and substitute a name on the contract for £50 if you want out early.

The two you'll be moving in with are bloomin lovely. Alfie and Dee - both NB masc presenting - LGBT applicants v welcome but by no means exclusively. Both love their music, Dee's a regular at the Windmill up the road (music venue, indie rock stuff) and Alf's a great chef.

The rent is potentially negotiable. There's a fourth room which is too small for a bed. Alf is currently using it as an office but there's definitely room for a second desk. If so then the rent would be £890/month total.
