Sublet January - March (included)

I am going away from 1st January - end of March and looking for someone lovely to take on my room while I am away. It's a very large room, with a big garden, very well located 15 min walk from both Brixton station and Clapham North station. Nice cafés, restaurants and bakery nearby, a Lidl and a large Tesco as well as small Sainsbury all within 10 min walk or less from the house. The flat is shared with my housemate Tatiana (36 years old) and her cat Sirius, they are both lovely :))

£700 per month. all bills included

No couples, sorry!
