Room for rent on Electric Avenue in Brixton

Hi! My flatmate is moving out end of May and I’m looking for someone to replace here who I (hopefully) click as well with.

A bit about me:

I’m a content creator & influencer so work from home most of the time unless I’m out on shoots and also create content in the flat from time to time. I love a wine, I love socialising, but I also like chilled nights in watch tv. I love cooking, I do clean but I don’t love it and have far too many clothes.

What I’m looking for:

Another girl who wants to be friends with the person they live with not just flatmates who pass in the corridor, but also gets when another person needs their alone time and space.
Someone who’s tidy and is up for doing joint flat cleans so it gets done.
Someone who doesn’t take themselves too seriously - and bonus points if you like Taylor Swift, have an air fryer or a cordless hoover.

The flat:
It’s a double bedroom apartment on Electric Avenue and both bedrooms are big doubles with wardrobes and beds provided. There’s a shared lounge / kitchen / diner and a bathroom with a bath.
I will say that it can be noisy here because of where the flat is so just be aware of that before you get in touch please! The market traders and shops set up at 7am mon - sat but the street quietens down in the evenings most of the time.
