-£870 available for single use, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. You will share the bathroom with only one person.
-£1250 available for single use or for couples, furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a desk, plus your own ensuite shower room.

The bills:
Council Tax, Water bills and internet included.
Electricity and gas bills excluded.

Minimum stay 5 weeks, no maximum stay.
