We have a spare bedroom in our house available for short term let. The room is available from the 12th of May for 1-2 months, can be flexible with the move out date. All bills included, fortnightly cleaner.
The house has a large back garden with an outdoor couch, fire pit and gas BBQ, open plan lounge/dining room and a seperate kitchen, all recently renovated. There are 3 bathrooms in the house, 2 are ensuites so you will have mostly sole use of the main bathroom.
Situated on Ferndale Road and is less than a 5 minute walk to Brixton. It is also a very short distance to the pub.
Sharing with an Aussie/Kiwi couple and an English girl.
We are looking for a flatmate who is clean, tidy and social. Sorry no smokers or couples.
