Spacious room to rent in Brixton, June - October

I am looking for someone to sublet my room between the start of June and mid-October while I'm away travelling. The flat is a spacious 2-bed located a short walk from Brixton Station.
There is one other flatmate who will also be living in the flat over this time, who is a professional working in finance.
Ideally I would like to rent the room to the same person for the full 4 months, but may be able to be flexible depending on circumstances.

Oth bedrooms, the kitchen and bathroom with a bath/shower combo. The 2nd level has the shared living space which doubles as an office for working from home, and also has a private balcony.
The flat is in Council Tax band B. Bills are paid separately.
