Hey, from mid-February we will have 1 room going in Brixton, SW9. If you are interested, or know others who wants a place, it's £800-£820 per month, including bills. This is a tenancy takeover, and the contract will be able to be renewed in July.
The flat is right beside F45 Brixton and above a Coop supermarket. All double rooms with storage in each. The available room can fit a desk comfortably with space to spare. Shared living area and kitchen.
Includes free sky tv and sports and cheap Internet via sky (I work there). All the bills and rent, electricity/water included in the above price. This is what we currently pay each. (May change slightly in July when the contract renews)
