Hey, from July il have 2 rooms going in Brixton SW9, my friends are both moving in with Partners :( If you are interested or know others who wants a place. It's 740~780 per room per month. Group tenancy for 1 year and see what happens.

Flat is right beside f45 Brixton and above coop. All double rooms with storage in each. Both can fit desks comfortably with space. Shared living area.

Includes, free sky tv and sports, cheap Internet via sky (i work there). All the bills and rent, electricity/water included in the above price. This is what we currently pay each. (May change slightly in June when tenants swap over)
