A spacious furnished double bedroom available in a 2 bed flat located in central brixton.

The room is spacious and bemefits from lots of natural light due to a floor to ceiling window and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, beside table and lamp. There is space in the room for a desk if you have one. You will have sole use of the main bathroom (which has a bath/shower as the other bedroom has an en suite. The flat has a washimg machine/dryer, small balcony and a shared garden with bike shelter.

The flat is well located with only a short 5min walk from Brixton tube station, pubs, restaurants, and Brixton market. There are numerous bus stops near the flat also.

The rent excludes bills. Currently the bills are £182pm but I'm looking to get these down to no more than £150pm from the summer. The tenancy is for 12 months with a 6 month break clause.

I'm a 29 year old sociable professional so looking for a new flatmate who'll happily chat or share a meal, watch a film/tv if we're both in or even go to a gig or theatre. I also wfh 2-3 days a week.
