Includes a 43" flatscreen TV, Netflix, mini fridge, kettle, iron, and ample clothes hanging space.
PRIVATE MAIN BATHROOM
Large bath, shower, mirror, shelves, and heated towel rack. You'll have it mostly to yourself as we have an ensuite.
Perfect for:
International Students: Ideal for stays of 3-6 months, such as a university semester in London or more.
Professionals: Especially suited for those working in an office rather than from home.
SHARED SPACES
Modern Kitchen/Diner/Living Room: Fully equipped with microwave, electric cooktop, dishwasher, oven, and fridge/freezer.
Utility Room:
Features a combined washer-dryer.
Balcony:
Perfect for enjoying sunsets, especially as summer approaches.

Indoor bike storage and a residents-only communal garden.

Prime Brixton spot: Less than a 5-minute walk from the Tube, providing easy access to central London.

Work Situation:
Must work outside the home most of the time. No work-from-home arrangements. We often work from home ourselves on an irregular rota, so this room would best suit someone who works in an office and commutes.

Short Lets Considered:
We accept short-term stays (less than six months) at a higher monthly rate.
House Rules: No smoking, no drugs, and no couples.
