Hey!

I am moving out of my room of +2 years to move in with my girlfriend and need someone to take my place on the lease.

The house is a huge 5 bed terrace with a large modern kitchen that opens up to the outdoor garden entertaining area, sunset viewing balcony and a large common living area (the current tenant has a projector great for films and joint reality TV viewings!).

It is a 7 minute walk to Brixton Station and 13 minute walk to Clapham North Station. with plenty of amenities in the immediate area (M and S, Tesco, Sainsbury ect all 5-10 min walks).

The room itself is large and on the 2nd floor furnished with a desk, bed +mattress, built in wardrobe/panels and drawers. It is right next to the balcony as well, ideal for chill outs during the work day if you are working from home.

We are all friends and enjoy occasionally doing game nights and movies and drinks together, but equally also will not see each other at times as we all like to travel/play sports ect. We like to chat and help each other out, but also, very much understand share housing ethics and sense when to give each other space. The house is large enough that whenever people are working from home you still won't see each other through the day!

There are 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms, with the large primary bath room shared between myself and three others. Having lived here for over 2 year everyone is incredibly respectful and clean with the space with also two cupboards and two sinks for ample storage.

As exciting as it is leave - I have had such a great experience in this house and will miss it, In saying that I can't wait to share it with someone new to join the great set of room mates!

It would be good fit for a professional single who wants to be centrally connected, appreciates large space and is social but also is respectful to others space in the share house experience!

All fees are approx £80-£150 each. Can go up in winter with heating!

The current lease goes until April 2025 but we have a strong relationship with the landlord and renewal is likely at that point. I am looking to move Mid July but am very flexible and can move immediately if need be as will travelling in the lead up.
