I'm looking for someone to fill my upstairs double room in a maisonette (two floor flat) in Newark House near Loughborough Junction, from 27 July.
Rent £720+bills (~100pcm), with occasional rebates). Deposit £550.
The room is large and comfortable. There’s a built in wardrobe, and I’m moving back to the states so all furniture can stay!
You'll be sharing with three friendly girls, all professionals.
Separate washing machine and tumble dryer, and clothes line on the entrance balcony for the warmer months
10-15 minute walk to Brixton station for Victoria line, five minutes to Lboro Junction for trains to central, or 20 mins to Denmark hill for overground.
Car parking available from the estate office if needed, as is bike storage.
Good area, close to Brixton, Camberwell, and Herne Hill, as well as Stockwell on the other side.
