3 month sublet Aug - Oct in central Brixton

Subletting my room in a 4 bed share house with a garden in central Brixton. 2 mins from the tube and Brixton high street.
The room is £940/month not including bills which on average are between £60-100 a month. The house share is with 3 guys who know each from university and are all professionals working in the city. There is also a cat called Smudge who is looked after by the current housemates.

The room comes furnished and is on the first floor with a large window. Wardrobe and a chest of drawers come with the room or can be kept in storage. There is a large bathroom on the first floor and a separate downstairs bathroom. There is an open plan living room and dining room which open out to each other.

Flexible move in date around end of July or early August 2024.
