Move-in ASAP

Hi everyone! I’m looking for 1 person (or 2 people depending on specific circumstances) to takeover for my lovely flatmate who has unfortunately had to move out urgently.

Flat details:
1) Rent is £970 ppm (can be negotiated lower if 2 people interested)
2) Gas bill included in rent
3) electricity + wifi + water bill no more than 100pm full flat (less depending on usage)
4) Well connected - Stockwell & Oval tube station 10 mins away, multiple bus stops just outside the estate, Brixton high street (with a big Tesco) 10 mins away
5) Kennington park & Eythorne park just outside so if you’re keen on the outdoors, it’s easily accessible
6) Landlord super responsive to any issues
7) Deposit amount to be confirmed but in specified range

A bit about me - I’m a 3rd year med student at KCL (F/26yrs). Not scared of spiders/bugs - which has proved to be a very useful trait as a flatmate.

I’m looking for someone who can contribute to chores, pay rent and bills on time and just be generally decent and chill✌🏽Students preferred but young professionals can inquire!
