Hello! Friendly neighbourhood American returning to the US and looking for someone to take my double room in a shared flat. Room available from last week of July and is a 10-15 walk from Brixton or Stockwell station.

Flat Details:
-Rent is £600 pcm not including utilities + wifi+ council tax (around £115 pp/pcm)
-Well connected to Brixton & Stocwell station with a bus stop a minute away
-Large living room and private garden with a park across the road
-Successful tenant will still need to apply with our property agent before moving in who will ask for references and bank info

About the flatmates:

You'd be living with two professional guys in their thirties who are up for a chat but also do their own thing. They are tidy and easygoing with a nice balance of social and chill. We've done our share of pub quizzes, climbing, cocktail nights, and Christmas dinners and are happy to have you join in.
