Room available July in awesome Brixton house share

Super comfy double room overlooking garden available in relaxed, friendly and considerate household. I'm moving out as buying my own place - would appreciate applicants who are able to accommodate some flexibility with move date. 31st July is an estimate as it stands, may become sooner. But all up for discussion.

Room comes with wooden chest of drawers and wooden bed frame (no mattress).

Rent + bills all in is £718.33 per month – this includes a cleaner and a house account we use to buy toilet roll or other household bits with to keep the place ticking over.

House is a mix of English and Australian. Everyone has fairly grown-up jobs. House has a nice balance of hanging out and everyone doing their own thing. Shared house calendar to try and have socials and keep things organised. There is a spare bedroom for having friends/family stay, and storing your bike if you cycle! Landlord is super chill, but very responsive when stuff needs looking at and fixing.

Location is amazing as less than 5 mins walk from Brixton tube, even closer to Brixton Academy and so many great coffee shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. Brixton village 7 min walk. Roughly 20 mins walk to either Brockwell Park, Myatt's Field or Ruskin Park!
