Short Term Let: September & October

Hey,

I’m moving out of my lovely flat in Brixton and looking for someone to replace me. It will be a short term let for September & October.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Brixton station, within a small block of flats. It’s got 2 security entrances before the front door - so it feels really safe! Only 15/20 min walk from Brockwell Park & Herne Hill. It’s a top floor flat, that is a maisonette and my room is on the bottom floor. The other two rooms are upstairs.

The bedroom is £1075pm (excluding bills) with two bathrooms opposite (sharing with 1 other only). One bathroom with a shower and the other a separate toilet. The flat is open plan, very modern, spacious and very light. It has two balconies on either side of the property. The flat is fully furnished but the leopard sofa is not included (sorry)!

You’d be living with 2 other girls (27 & 26 years old) who both have full time and busy jobs. Ideally we’d have another girl joining in a similar situation/lifestyle.
