We have a room available in our HUGE house in Brixton, living with 4 other sociable girls aged 24-25. Our housemate is sadly moving out so we’re looking for someone to join us from end of July!

The House:

The house is a 5 minute walk from Brixton tube station which is a dream, with Clapham North & Stockwell stations both a 15 minute walk away!

The house itself is honestly stunning with super spacious communal areas including a big living room, large newly refurbished kitchen and separate utility room.

It's also got two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs which both have a bath / shower.

We also have a beautiful garden with a massive palm tree which is so nice to sit out in in the summer!

The room:

The room itself is on the smaller side but it comfortably fits a double bed and desk that fits a monitor. It's a really cute, cosy room with high ceilings and lots of natural light.

There's plenty of storage including 2 wardrobes and shelving space just outside the room which you would use exclusively.

About us:

We are a super friendly, chilled out and sociable group of girls who met on gals who rent and have become the best of friends - looking for another success story with our next housemate💘

We all work mon - fri with a mix of office and wfh so would be well suited to someone with a similar working pattern - no students sorry!

We like to chill together in the kitchen/living room during the week and love to hang out as a house when we can (recently did a house ski trip🤩) but we are all respectful of each others separate lives and space too!

We love going out for drinks/dinners (all the usual stuff), and have had some house parties for special occasions / birthdays too.
