Cosy flat in central Brixton

Join our cosy flatshare smack bang in the middle of Brixton 😊

Our flat is just behind the cinema, a 2 minute walk to the high street where you’ve got access to all the shops and transport links you need to get into central easily. We have access to a courtyard with bike racks, shared with the other seven flats in the building.

The room is a good size double with original features such as a fireplace and wooden floorboards. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers and bookshelf. The window overlooks the street. We share the living room, kitchen and bathroom.

We look after the flat and also have a cleaner every couple of weeks so it's generally pretty clean. Bills are approx £115 a month for council tax, gas, electric, water, TV license, internet and TV.

We are two housemates who have lived together for eighteen months. Hatty works in marketing and Brian works in retail. We are sociable and keen to have a flatmate we get on with, but also live our own busy lives. We're happy to chill together in the living room, watch a film etc on nights in!

Hatty works from home 3 days a week and Brian works shifts. There isn't space in the communal areas for a desk so if you'd like to work from home that's fine, but it should be in the bedroom.
