Spacious Brixton double with study

Hi all,

My flatmate is moving out after two years of living with me to buy his own place and I’m looking for someone to replace him.

I bought this two-bed flat three years ago, and have done it up to a high standard. It’s a Victorian terrace, split level with two spacious bedrooms, one study, one bathroom and an upstairs kitchen/living space with balcony.

The flat overlooks Max Roach park, it's a 7 minute walk from both Brixton and Loughborough Junction. There's a Tesco petrol station across the street for food shops.

Bills are not included in the rent. I have a cleaner who does three hours every fortnight, the top Virgin Media Broadband and Sky Sports. I would estimate this to be an extra £200 each per month depending on the season. Bills are uploaded and split equally on a splitwise account.

I’m a 32-year-old finance professional, working in the City. My hours are relatively long and I’m usually out most evenings playing sport/tennis/gym and in bed by 11pm. I’m sociable, easy-going, respectful and hoping to find someone who will be the same.

As a live-in landlord, if you are wanting somewhere to host big pre-drinks or after parties then this is not the place for you.

Can be flexible on start dates.
Mon-Fri tenants welcome at a reduced rate.
