Lovely sunny room in Brixton

Hi!

Were 3 girls ages between 27-31, working in art, film and architecture. We’re on the look out for a friendly, clean and sociable flatmate to join our flat. Sorry no students.
We’re LGBTQ+ friendly flat and looking for someone who shares similar values around inclusivity

The room for grabs…

7 minute walk from Brixton tube with lots of bus routes near by heading into Clapham and central. We’re opposite a park with a nice green view from the bedroom window. The room also gets the best sunset view.

Brixton has loads of bars, restaurants and shops, just 15 mins from Brockwell Park in Herne Hill (a nice market on Sundays!). We feel safe living here especially late at night

Bills are not included but roughly come to under £100 a month (depending on the season and heating usage). This includes council tax, water, inet, electric and gas

Furniture: the room comes with a double bed, bedside table and built in wardrobe. The drawers in the picture belong to the house mate so there’s room for your own drawers/desk

The rooms available from 1st September (rent paid on 1st every month)
