We are looking for a new flatmate to join our vibrant three-bed flat on Electric Avenue, our sanctuary from the chaos of Brixton, starting in early September. Our housemate is leaving after two great years to move in with her boyfriend (lame), so we're looking to fill the void with someone who brings good vibes (is tidy, fun - but not WILD, respects the Splitwise - keeps us stocked with loo roll, and waters plants when we're away).

ℹ️ About Us: We’re both 30 and professionals working full time. Steph is a teaching assistant with a side career in drama and has been in the flat since January. Ben works in TV and has been in the flat for five years. We're laid-back, friendly and all about good vibes, and our home reflects that.

🛋️ The Space: The available room is snug [small] and situated within a charming [old] Victorian building. It's perfect for someone who appreciates character and comfort. The flat boasts a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shared bathroom. We also have access to a beautiful rooftop that's just the best place to hang on (sunny) summer days.

👤 Looking For: We're seeking a like-minded young professional to join our home. If you're a good vibe, tidy, and bring a good dose of positivity, you're who we're looking for. We want someone responsible, who pays bills and rent on time and who will take on the odd task and not ignore an overflowing bin/crumbs on the carpet. If you're independent, have your own thing going on, but still enjoy the occasional pub visit, you'd fit right in.

🚇 Location: It's Brixton—plenty of things to do. Also, I can wake up 30 minutes before work and still get there on time.
