We are looking for a group of three people willing to take over the lease from 2nd September.

We are looking for a lease takeover signed off by the landlord & estate agents (Marsh & Parsons), the remaining lease of 2 years starts on the 2nd of September. The rent for the full flat is £2800 per month and bills are not included.
 
There is an initial deposit to be paid of £3230 (5 weeks rent) to the outgoing flatmates. A full (and very thorough – 58 pages long) inventory check-in was undertaken by an independent third party before the current tenants took over, this will be provided to new tenants. The takeover would include full tenancy contracts from Marsh & Parsons, requiring referencing and checks on their behalf.
