This gorgeous 3-bed flat sits in a lovely mansion complex full of other young professionals and students. It is a 3-minute walk from Brixton tube, and is close to the market which has great food options and shops!

We are looking for 3 people to take over our tenancy, either 3 friends to take the flat as a whole or people to fill the individual rooms. Available early - mid September.

All the rooms are doubles, one smaller, one mid sized, and one large. The flat is part furnished - the beds, dining room table, and wardrobe in the large room belong to the landlord. The rest is ours but we are willing to negotiate on leaving the sofa, kitchen unit, and one of the desks. Full deposit is £3170 (the ad wouldn't let me post in full).
