Large double bedrooms near Brixton

Hi there,

I am looking for two new roommates to join the 3-bed house from September 1st 2024. One of my current housemates is moving in with his girlfriend and my other housemate is moving back home.

The house is a great location and very well connected. It is a 10 minute walk from Brixton tube station (Victoria line), 15 minute walk to Stockwell (Northern and Victoria line), 20 minute walk to Oval tube station (Northern line) and a 10 minute walk to Loughborough Junction (Overground) as well as being very well connected with bus routes.

The house comes fully furnished and has a large kitchen, living room and back garden.

Both bedrooms are large double bedrooms and come fully furnished, One of the bedrooms has a desk to cater for those working from home. The other bedroom does not have a desk but there is a desk in the kitchen which can be used for working from home.

We share bills which come to around £100-£120 per month (wifi, water, council tax, gas). These amounts can vary slightly from month to month as only the council tax is a fixed rate.

The rental contract is one year from September 1st 2024 - 2025.

Viewings will take place on Wednesday 31st July, Thursday 1st August and Friday 2nd August.

About me:
I'm 27 years old from Dublin. I work as a Physiotherapist for Crystal Palace FC. I play football and tennis during the weekday evenings. On the weekends, I usually hang out with my friends and watch whatever sport is on. I'm looking for friendly, sociable housemates that would be up for hanging out from time to time.
