Large double room available in 2 bed 2 bath flat 5 min walk away from the Brixton tube station.
The room comes furnished and has a private bathroom (not ensuite).
It is on the 2nd floor of a gated property with communal garden, great if you want to throw a garden party or two.
There are two flights of stairs with 16 steps each, no lift.
The landlord requires the following from the new housemate : 
- deposit of 1 months rent;
- copy of passport (right to rent for EU pre-settled and settled status holders or visa/work permit);
- 3 payslips or bank statements;

You’ll be sharing with just one person, me (cis, gay, he/him).
I’m very chilled and respectful, I do retail operations for a world famous fashion brand and tend to spend a lot of time outside the flat especially when the weather is nice.

I’m looking for someone who is chilled and respectful and not too crazy on partying (everything in good measure).
