Two double rooms in lovely maisonette with garden

I have two double rooms to spare in a wonderful and large flat that's just an 8 minute walk from Brixton station. My flatmates have both bought flats recently and are both moving out in the next month, one by the 14th of August and one by the 31st of August, so the second room is only available then. The rooms can be let separately, so please feel free to get in touch about either one (or both if you are two people looking for a room each!). I will also be adding additional photos of the second room shortly, but of course if you come for a viewing I will be happy to show you both!

The house is refurbished, has a modern finish, and is very bright and vibrant. It is a bottom floor house with double glazed windows and a big garden at the back. The street and the neighbours are quiet and friendly. The living room has a great TV and the kitchen has equipment for you to make a delicious meal, if you’re into cooking!
Both rooms come furnished with large wardrobes, and are big enough to fit a desk so if you are WFH you can easily do that. I am in the office three-four days per week and work from home the other day(s) (usually Mondays and/or Fridays).

The house just around the corner from Pop Brixton, Brixton high street, a big supermarket, local markets and many other amenities, making it a prime location. Brixton is lively and buzzing, with everything that you need nearby.

Bills are £160 a month and includes electricity, council tax, broadband etc. plus a cleaner every other week (though I'm happy to discuss whether we want to continue this with whoever moves in).

I am a professional, looking for warm and friendly housemates. I have tended to spend a lot of time with my housemates so far, so if you are sociable that’s great, but the rooms are also big enough to give you plenty of space to do your own thing whenever you would like. I work in for Ticketmaster at their office in Farringdon (which is very easy to get to from Loughborough train station, just a seven-minute walk away), and I usually spend my free time seeing friends and going to social events, the gym, concerts or dance classes.

The house also comes with the cutest cat you’ll ever meet, though he doesn’t spend too much time inside so shouldn’t be much of a bother.

I also like to watch Netflix, cook, love night outs, restaurants and exploring all that London has to offer. I am also a big BTS fans and have a podcast! 💜
