My flatmate is moving out, so we are looking for a girl to take over her room.

- Double bed, desk, and large wardrobe included
- Spacious storage space both under the bed inside wardrobe and on top
- Great light exposure all day
- Shared kitchen/ reception/ bathroom

- Bus stop in 3 mins/ Brixton Station (Victoria Line) in 15 mins (5 mins via bus)
- Straight to city centre (Oxford Street, Waterloo, Borough High Street etc) with one bus
- Coop and Tesco in 5 minutes
- Sainsbury’s/ Lidl/ M&S around Brixton Station
- Great food and shopping at Brixton Market

I’m 27 and currently working at a uni. I am an outgoing and friendly person, tidy and social as a flatmate 😆. I would love to come home and have a chat, but I also respect your privacy and your me time.
