Large ensuite Furnished Room in 2-bed with Terrace

Subletting a large en-suite fully furnished bedroom in a 2 bed 2 bath flat for £1425/month (pro-rated for shorter)

- Fourth-floor flat (unfortunately no lifts, but it's a good workout) with new furniture, a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, and washer
- The room has new (1-year-old) furniture -mattress, shelves, nightstand) from IKEA, a desk
- A bathroom to yourself, with another shared bathroom (that I am using)
- Plenty of closet space in the room and extra storage in the attic
-An excellent private terrace to host friends, read, have meals at
- Television and two sofas in the living room, with plenty of shelf space for books, plants etc.
- 5 min walk to Brixton station

The other (smaller) room will be occupied by me. I (Ezgi) am a 27-year-old woman. Originally from Turkey, I lived in the US for six years and have been in the UK for two. I WFH 3-4 days a week (from the living room, as my small room doesn't have space for a desk), but you are welcome to use the living room/kitchen area during the day!

Availability
Anytime on/after 6 August. The current lease is up on September 4 but I am willing to extend the existing lease month-to-month if the right person is interested and can commit to it ASAP. Otherwise, to move out by September 4.

Council tax and utilities come to around £140-150 per person per month.
