Couple’s bedroom with own bathroom in Brixton

My flatmates are going travelling for a year but I’ve enjoyed living in the flat so much that I’m keen to find a new couple to take on a new lease with from mid-September.

The flat is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom located in a modern and secure building in the centre of Brixton (less than 5 mins walk to Brixton tube). It has a south-facing balcony with double doors that open up into a large kitchen/living room and let in lots of natural light and a nice breeze in the summer.

The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and comes furnished with everything that’s in the photographs/video other than the desk and chair. There is a large bathroom in the flat which you will have exclusive use of as my room as an ensuite.

About me:

I am a 26 year old professional working in finance. I’m currently studying for my accounting exams which keeps me pretty busy during the week. I usually choose to go into the office five days a week but that’s only because I prefer it, my flatmates regularly wfh. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy. I’m a pretty sociable guy and obviously we’ll be spending a lot of time together so I really want some people I can be friends with and who enjoy watching TV or having a drink together midweek. I like going to gigs, going to record shops and watching rugby. I also bake a loaf of sourdough most weekends.

Bills aren’t included but the flat is very well insulated so we don’t run up a massive heating bill even in the middle of winter, usually comes to about £100 each per month.

All problems are dealt with through the landlord who is very responsive and understanding having lived in the flat themself a couple of years ago.

Looking to arrange a new contract for either one or two years (open to discussion).
