Hi all. My friend and I are looking for one more flatmate to join us in a 4 bedroom flat. (We already filled one of the rooms)
Location: Loughborough Junction, Brixton
- 7 mins walk to Loughborough Junction Station
- 12 mins walk to Brixton Station
- there are also buses including 24/7 ones
Loads of supermarkets, cafes, shops, community centres, parks and anything you'd like to have and do in your area.
When: 19th September for a year
Rent: £825 excluding bills. Bills are between £50-100 depending on season. Council tax is band C.
Flat: 3rd floor with the two bedrooms on on the fourt floor. Unfortunately no lift. Kitchen and bathroom shared. There is a washing machine but no dryer. Pets might be allowed if discussed with the agency.
Bedrooms: include bed, mattress, wardrobe, bedside table. One of the rooms (attached video) has drawers instead of bedside table.
About us and you:
- We are both 25 from Cyprus. I am a full time professional working from home most days and Melissini is doing a masters and working from home.
- We are a social flat but not a party flat!
