A very large, super bright double room in our flat in the heart of Brixton is becoming available for 4-8 weeks this summer, starting on 1 September, potentially a few days earlier than that if needed.
STRICTLY NO COUPLES.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, table and chairs, sofa, lamps and a sideboard.

The flat has two other lovely flatmates in their 20s who lead busy lives. There is one shared bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully furnished eat in kitchen with a great gas hob, fridge, freezer and everything else one might need.

There are myriad supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants on Brixton high street and in the surrounding streets on your doorstep, and Brixton Village is 1 minute away from the flat.

Brixton tube station is 1 minute by foot away, from where you can reach all other areas of the city conveniently, as well as many buses on Brixton Road.

The lovely Brockwell park is a 15 minute walk away.

Rent for the month of September is £1,200 plus gas and council tax.
Additional days can be added on top if necessary.
A slightly longer stay until late October is theoretically possible.

There is another room in the flat that will become available permanently in November, so you could potentially stay longer by moving into the other room after a month or two.
