The property is a beautiful Victorian 3-bedroom maisonette (house split into 2 flats) with 2 bathroom and a total of 3 WC.

You will be sharing the main bathroom with only 1 of us.
The room has lots of storage space with a wardrobe, bedside cabinet, and ottoman king bed which gives you lots of storage underneath.

The flat is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, brand new washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave etc.

All bills are included (water, electricity, gas, internet, council tax).

I have been living here for 2 years, it is a super nice street with terraced Victorian houses, so tranquil you'll feel like you are in the countryside!

This is a quiet household where we enjoy sharing dinners and watch a movie together from time to time.

A little about me:
- I am a finance professional living with my partner Fabio. I work from home 2 days per week.
- I am originally from France and have lived in London for about 5 years and I was previously living in Melbourne, Australia and Barcelona, Spain.
- Outside work, you will find me walking my sausage dog Otto, at the gym or maybe rolleskating with Dani my other flatmate!

Fabio is Brazilian and works in hospitality, and
John is half British half Spanish, has recently moved back to London and works for a distribution platform.
