Hi! I am looking for someone to join me in my 2 bed flat in Brixton/Stockwell.
The flat is in a 4 storey terraced house on a nice road, where we occupy the bottom two floors. The bedroom up for let is comfortable, part-furnished (furnishings open to negotiation) and stays quite cool in hot weather (a big bonus!)
Shared spaces are a large open-plan kitchen/living room area (complete with tv & dodgy stick); a complete bathroom inc. bath, shower and toilet; and a mid sized garden.
Stockwell station is just 7 minutes walk away, and central Brixton is similarly about 7 minutes walk away. The nearest shop is <5 minutes walk away, and we have a pub at the end of the road.
You would be sharing with myself. I am 25 and currently work as a data engineer for BP and regularly work from home. In my spare time I enjoy fitness (running and weightlifting), going to the pub with friends, and enjoying films/series/books. I am super easygoing, friendly and a great housemate to have (in my ex-housemate's words ☺️).
Total bills are roughly £160 per month.
