Hello! Am vacating this lovely shared flat to move in with my partner and looking for someone to take this lovely west-facing double room. Room available from last week of September and is a 10-15 walk from Brixton or Stockwell station.

Flat Details:
-Rent is £600 pcm plus bills (around £120 pp/pcm)
-£712 deposit
-Well connected to Brixton & Stockwell station with a bus stop a minute away
-Large living room and private garden with a park across the road
-Electric hob/oven, recently replaced fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine
-Successful tenant will still need to apply with our property agent before moving in who will ask for references and bank info.

About the flatmates:

You'd be living with two professionals who are up for a chat but also do their own thing. They are tidy and easygoing with a nice balance of social and chill. As a household we've done our share of pub quizzes, climbing, cocktail nights, and Christmas/Easter/Burns Night dinners and are happy to have you join in.
We're very keen to have someone in who fits the flat vibe - relaxed and social but with respect for one another, and aiming to add something to the place we all share. Green thumbs, foodies and good chat welcome!

Will is Scottish, works in politics and loves to cook, make good coffee and occasionally host dinners and the odd board game night/wine tasting

Flatmate #2
Toni is Australian and works in media. Shes always up for good chat and a laugh. She enjoys board games, cocktails, wine and charcuterie boards.
