Spare room in 2 bed Brixton flat w/ Garden

A double room in a 2 bedroom Brixton flat. Flat has a bathroom, open plan living, kitchen area alongside a small garden. The garden is currently being worked on to renovate the lawn/pave over, but is still fully accessible.

Live in landlord, 29 years old, working in finance. In the office 2/3 days a week. The flat is extremely close to both Brixton and Stockwell station, so great for connectivity, as well as shops and local restaurants. My flatmate’s situation has changed and my girlfriend moves in during January, hence only available for October, November and December.

All bills are included, gas, electricity, water, 100mbps internet and a weekly cleaner. To note, only showing photos of the available room, bed is ottoman for extra storage. There is also attic space.
