Double room in Brixton

This is for an very large room in a multi-floored flat right in the heart of Brixton. You will be minutes walk to all the nightlife, eateries and fun Brixton has to offer. One of the best restaurants in Brixton is a few doors down the road. The room is Secondary glazed and thus quiet. Brixton Tube station is a 7 Min walk. This is a must see room.

We are looking for a working professional to join the lovely vibe that currently exist. You will share a well equipped kitchen and lovely Bathroom. If you like to cook, well, please come see. Please Note Kitchen utensils, plates, appliances are NOT ALLOWED. You will be sharing pots, plates, pans, cutleries etc.

Rent is £700 PCM Excluding Gas, Water and electricity. Internet and council tax included.

We currently share all cleaning on a rota basis, however if this doesn't work then a cleaner will be hired by executive decision and bill will be split evenly between 3 people. Cost of cleaning materials is split between 3 people
