We are sadly leaving our home in Loughborough Junction (A three minute walk from LJ Station and 10 minute walk from Brixton Station).
This has been our home for years, it has a large living room, kitchen, two bathrooms (and an en-suite in the larger bedroom) two gardens (one of which we've made into an allotment with a fire pit) and lots of storage space under the stairs.
It would be perfect for friends looking to move in together or working professionals who want to find a new place to make their home (we all originally met on spare room too)
We pay set bills each month to the landlord which includes everything including council tax, gas, electric, internet and tv licence. These are £148.48 all included. Parking is available on the estate too with the purchase of a permit.
Move in date is 1st October, this is unfortunately non negotiable as we are starting a new tenancy elsewhere. This is to take over our contract until April 2024 but the Landlord has extended us annually if you're looking to stay for longer.
Viewings will be 12th September and 13th September but feel free to let us know if you're not available these dates.
